A GIF is a digital image file that contains multiple frames, resulting in a short, looping video. The GIFs included in the Triple Product Review Pack will be generated from the video ads that you will receive as part of the pack. See an example!

How do I place an order for a GIF?

Once your videos are approved, our team will create the GIFs and send them to you via email within 1-3 business days. There is no need to place a separate order.

Can I use my credits for any video type on Billo?

No. Your credits can only be used to get 3 60-second basic-quality video ads with photos.

Where can I see my credit balance?

To view your credit balance, simply go to your brand’s Billo account and navigate to the “Tasks” section. There, you’ll find a banner that displays your remaining credits.

Do credits auto-renew?

No, they don’t auto-renew – just buy more when you need them.

Do credits expire?

Credits are valid for a period of 3 months, starting from the date of purchase.

Can I apply additional promo codes to my pack order?
