We are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated SEO professional to lead our SEO activities at Billo. This an ideal role for an ambitious person who wants to join an equally ambitious Billo marketing team.

If you’re looking for a big challenge in a multi-million dollar market at a fast-growing startup, then we’re looking to add you to our international and remote team! This is a rare opportunity in Lithuania to lead website traffic growth from zero to millions in a couple of years.

We’d be great together if you are:

  • Experienced within several years of proven successful SEO knowledge and have a background in the in-house Marketing team and/or Agency;
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO & Google algorithm updates;
  • Attention to detail, good judgment;
  • Excellent English communication skills – oral and written;
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition;
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms;
  • Knowledge and experience of industry-standard SEO tools including Ahrefs, SEMRush, Datastudio, and more;
  • Experience working with web analytics packages; Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console;
  • PHP, CSS, HTML and coding background for on-page SEO tactics;

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute a successful SEO strategy for our marketplace website;
  • Be the go-to for all things SEO, stay up to date with the latest industry trends and how that may affect campaigns;
  • Develop and implement link building strategy;
  • Research SEO keywords to use throughout Billo.app website;
  • Responsibility for both off-site and on-site SEO of our website;
  • Research content ideas to drive more organic traffic to our website;
  • Review and recommend fixes for technical SEO issues;
  • Work independently to recognize areas for opportunity and growth;
  • Manage and recommend changes for website content production, including production of blog posts, new website pages, landing sites, other assets;
  • Work closely with our Marketing team, Web developers, Designers, and Content Writers to produce, maintain and update content for our website;
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics;
  • Create and maintain SEO dashboard (using Datastudio or other tools);

night shift hours:

You will be working with customers and content creators from the US.
