Email Marketing Manager
We are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Email marketing professional to lead our email-related activities at Billo. This an ideal role for an ambitious person who wants to join an equally ambitious Billo marketing team and grow together!
If you’re looking for a big challenge in a multi-million dollar market at a fast-growing startup, we’re looking to add you to our international and remote team! This is a rare opportunity in Lithuania to lead email-based activities growth from zero to millions in a couple of years.
We’d be great together if you are:
- Experienced with several years of proven successful email marketing knowledge and have a background in the in-house Marketing team and/or Agency
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Email Marketing & Tools
- Attention to detail, good judgment, constant experimentation
- Excellent English communication skills – oral and written
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Knowledge and experience with industry-standard email marketing tools and platforms
- Experience working with web analytics packages; Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
- Experienced in delivering complex automated strategies and segmentation
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute a successful email marketing strategy for our marketplace website
- Be the go-to for all things CRM and email marketing; Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and how that may affect campaigns
- A/B testing across channels to continually refine our approach
- Developing and setting best practices for email campaigns and sharing with stakeholders Work Close work with designers to improve the look and feel of emails
- Review and recommend fixes for technical email issues
- Work independently to recognize areas for opportunity and growth
- Work closely with our Marketing team, Web developers, Designers, and – – Content Writers to produce, maintain and update content for our emails
- Track, report, and analyze performance statistics
