CRM & Email marketing manager
We are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Email marketing professional to lead our email-related activities at Billo. This an ideal role for an ambitious person who wants to join an equally ambitious Billo marketing team and grow together!

We’d be great together if you are:
Experienced with several years of proven successful email marketing knowledge and have a background in the in-house Marketing team and/or Agency
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Email Marketing & Tools
Attention to detail, good judgment, constant experimentation
Excellent English communication skills – oral and written
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
Knowledge and experience with industry-standard email marketing tools and platforms
Experience working with web analytics packages; Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
Experienced in delivering complex automated strategies and segmentation
Your responsibilities will include:
Develop and execute a successful email marketing strategy for our marketplace website
Be the go-to for all things CRM and email marketing; Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and how that may affect campaigns
A/B testing across channels to continually refine our approach
Developing and setting best practices for email campaigns and sharing with stakeholders Work Close work with designers to improve the look and feel of emails
Review and recommend fixes for technical email issues
Work independently to recognize areas for opportunity and growth
Work closely with our Marketing team, Web developers, Designers, and Content Writers to produce, maintain and update content for our emails
Track, report, and analyze performance statistics
