Marketing Automations Manager

Billo is the top platform for creator-produced short-form video ads for Meta and TikTok. As we continue to grow rapidly, we’re seeking for a Marketing Automations Manager to join our Growth team.

In the role of Marketing Automations Manager you’ll be tasked with owning and developing our email marketing channel. The main goal of this position is to drive revenue from new and returning clients through email communication.

What are you going to do?

  • Own the email marketing channel: plan its strategy and content needs, brief the copywriter and designer, and set up email automations
  • Implement effective workflows to increase the email revenue share
  • Encourage returning clients to make recurring purchases and focus on increasing the Lifetime Value (LTV)
  • Help non-buyer leads make decisions and convert them into new clients through emails
  • Oversee overall email communication with our user base, including platform notifications and marketing emails
  • Lead the Email Content strategy and perform constant testing
  • Develop and drive a methodology and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing emails
  • Analyse data and insights to identify areas for improvement and build a strategy for the channel.

Your Expertise:

  • Proven experience (at least 2 years) in a Marketing role overseeing email performance and channel development, preferably within a digital or e-commerce environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively work on multiple initiatives at the same time
  • Hands-on skills in email set ups (preferably Klaviyo platform)
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results and achieving business objectives through email initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and insights for strategic decision-making
  • Knowledge in user funnels, performance marketing and omnichannels.
