We’re growing fast and partnerships are next on the roadmap. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build and own a new revenue channel – identifying the right partners, structuring deals that work, and turning relationships into a scalable growth engine. You’ll have real ownership and work directly with sales, finance, and acquisition to make it happen.

What you’ll do
  • Launch and scale a new growth channel from the ground up
  • Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with active partners
  • Manage payout tracking and ensure spend stays within CAC targets
  • Own the incentive structure – cash payouts, renewal discounts, bonus deliverables – and iterate based on performance
  • Work with finance to model payout scenarios and flag any risk early
  • Track volume, conversion rates, and monthly payout exposure; report on program health regularly
  • Identify and test new partnership angles – including co-marketing deals and revenue-share integrations
What we’re looking for
  • 2+ years in partnerships, growth, affiliate, sales or a similar channel-owning role
  • Comfortable with numbers – you can build a model, spot a margin issue, and present it to a finance stakeholder without hand-holding
  • Relationship-driven – you know how to keep agencies and creators engaged and motivated over time
  • Organized and self-sufficient – you can run a program independently without a lot of structure handed to you
  • Familiarity with SaaS or marketplace businesses is a plus; UGC/creator economy experience is a bonus
  • Experience managing affiliate or referral platforms
  • Background working with agencies or brand clients
