Why this role is rare
You’ll work with a team lead who’s the only Google-certified Flutter expert in Lithuania. You’ll have a huge impact on the mobile experience that creators around the world open every day to make money.
We’re building a mobile app that turns a creator’s phone into a full studio: shoot a video, get AI help to turn it into multiple ad-ready cuts, ship those ads straight into the brand’s account and watch real performance and real earnings come back.
What you’ll do
- Build the creator app in Flutter, the surface where creators get briefs, shoot, edit, submit and get paid.
- Ship the AI tools that give creators data-backed ideas for the next shoot and turn one shoot into many high-performing ads, right inside the app.
- Sit at the table. You’ll work directly with founders, product, design and AI/data.
What we’re looking for
- Strong Flutter / Dart fundamentals. You’ve shipped production apps in Flutter and you know where the framework leaks.
- 2+ years in mobile development. We expect you to bring energy and a habit of using AI tools to move fast.
- Curiosity about how real users earn money on apps. You care that the app actually works, not just that it builds.
Nice to have:
- Understanding of native mobile platforms (Android and iOS)
- Full-stack knowledge: back-end, integrations, databases, etc.

Compensation: €5,000 – €7,600 gross/month + stock options
