The payout for content is cleared every two weeks for all the content units that are approved by the payment day. Payments are made to your Paypal account, so make sure to update your profile with your Paypal information.

Q: Do I need to return a product after my video was approved?

In 99% of the tasks, you don’t need to return the product. It is yours after your video was approved. Only in some tasks, you can be asked to return the product, however, this will be mentioned in the task description and you will receive the return label inside the package together with a product.

Q: What is Giveaway and Payout?

Giveaway is the value of the products you’re given to create content for the task. Payout is the money reward for the content you’ve created or posts you’ve published.

Q: The task shows that I am late to upload, but I haven’t received the product yet, what should I do?

Q: I’ve uploaded the wrong video. How can I change it?

Tap on the video you want to remove and you’ll see “Delete” and “Show” buttons appear. Delete the video and upload the correct one.

Q: What is an aspect ratio?

The aspect ratio of a video is the ratio of its width to its height. Each task has specific requirements for it and you can always look it up on the task description. They vary in between these: 9:16 – vertical, ↔️ 16:9 – horizontal, ???? 1:1 square, 4:5 vertical.
