Q: How will I get the product for the task?

It will be delivered to your address provided on your Billo profile. Make sure you’ve entered it correctly.

Q: I was invited to a complete a task, but I can’t see it in the task list. What do I do?

Please reach out to us via “Contact Us” in the app, so we can check what’s going on.

Q: How do I know if there’re new tasks available?

You’ll receive a notification as soon as there’s a new task for you to participate in. Make sure you allow Billo.app to send you notifications, so you won’t miss any.

Q: Where do I find tasks?

Tap on the “Tasks” to find the tasks that you already participate in and search for the new tasks that fit your demographics.

Q: What if I’m unsure which pack is the best for me or if I have other questions?

Please ping us at packs@billo.app . We’ll guide you through our past experiences with similar companies, analyse your exact situation and develop the best possible solution.

With Starter packs, you can choose 3 from up to 40 creators per Task. However, you can work with more than 3 creators if you like and this will be charged extra.
