What is Organic posting?

Organic posting is the natural next step in adding more value in the creator-brand relationship. It allows brands to hire a creator to share the video you order on their own TikTok or Instagram feed, providing access to a brand new audience that trusts the creator’s message. 

That turns the creator’s channel into a new point of sale for your brand. The post reaches a ready audience in the creator’s voice and moves people toward action: visiting your product page, adding to cart, and buying.

The video is optimized for organic posting and still yours to use across your channels, including ads. You get real reach through the creator’s audience and a marketing asset you can repurpose.

Big news – our Instagram organic performance insights for creators feature is now live! 🎉

Brands can now view a creator’s social performance right in the platform, making smarter, faster decisions easier than ever. This feature builds on Billo’s commitment to data‑backed creator selection.

What you’ll see on each creator’s account page:

  • Expected CPV (cost‑per‑view) – a projection of how cost‑efficient their content may be.
  • Engagement per reel and views per reel – averages that indicate how their audience interacts with content.
  • Audience insights – top countries, top cities, age and gender demographics, follower count, reel reach rate and posting cadence.
  • Individual reel metrics – ERV (engagement per view), views and engagement for every reel.

These metrics complement the creative performance data already available in Billo, such as ROAS, CTR and hook rate. Together, they help you find the right creators with confidence and maximize the impact of your organic posts.

How it works

Ordering the Organic posting service fits seamlessly within the Billo workflow and can be done in minutes.

For new videos:

  1. Select “Organic video + social posting”
    Open the Billo IQ Brief Builder and choose the Organic video + social posting option.
  2. Choose a data-backed brief
    Review the suggested briefs and pick the one that fits your goals.
  3. Set social posting details
    Select TikTok or Instagram, add your brand handle, and include any additional instructions.
  4. Pick your creator partner
    Review eligible creators and invite the right fit. Use the Organic Performance insights to pick creators with the best results without having to leave Billo.
  5. Collaborate and launch
    Align in chat, approve the final video, and wait for the creator to post it on their feed. The live link is added to your project, and you keep the video file for your channels.

After video delivery:

  1. Select “Manage campaigns”
    Open your Billo dashboard to see the Manage campaigns tab
  2. Go to “Videos” and select the “Approved” tab
    Navigate to your videos and the approved tab to see the creator videos you have already approved.
  3. Pick your video and “Ask to post”
    See which videos have the option for Ask to post. Here you can select Organic post or Organic post + Partnership ads.
