Do you offer editing services?
Yes, you can add our in-house editing services when ordering your video. All edits are done by Billo motion graphic designers and are personalized for your brand.
What video aspect ratios can I order?
You can choose from aspect ratios 9:16 (portrait) and 16:9 (landscape) aspect ratios. You can also order add-on services with 4:5 (vertical) and 1:1 (square) crops.
How do Billo packs and balance work?
Once you purchase a pack, the funds are added to your Billo balance. You can then use the balance every time you place an order on Billo.
Do the funds in my Billo balance auto-renew or expire?
Billo is not a subscription service, no automatic charges will be made on your account. Funds in your balance are valid for 12 months from the day of purchase. Any unused funds you have remaining after a year will expire and are non-refundable.
Is my pack refundable?
Yes, we offer a money-back guarantee if you are not able to select a creator within 30 days of your first task creation.
