How do Billo credits work?
Billo credits are a way to get more videos for less. The more you buy, the more you save. For example, pay $2500 for our Standard option and get $3,200 in credit value to spend on custom-made videos for your brands. Once a credit option is purchased, a 100% discount code will be issued to you. Save that code, because it must be used each time you order videos until you exhausted your credit balance.
Do credits auto-renew or expire?
Billo is not a subscription service and credits do not auto-renew. Simply purchase more credits when you need them. Credits are valid for 12 months from the day of purchase. Any unused credits you have remaining after a year will expire and are non-refundable.
How do I purchase more credits?
Return to this Pricing page, select another (or the same) credit option, and complete the payment. Once the payment is submitted, you follow the same process as your initial credit purchase.
Where can I view my credit balance?
An email notification will be sent to you displaying your outstanding credit balance after each order. You can also view your balance at any time on the Tasks page in the Billo platform.
