Head of Performance Creative

Billo is the leading platform for creator-driven, short-form video ads on Meta and TikTok. As we scale, we’re looking for a Head of Performance Creative to spearhead one of our most critical departments.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and leading a high-impact team focused on delivering top-performing, ready-to-launch ads that drive results for clients globally. Your mission will be to ensure every creative output maximizes performance and aligns with evolving trends, making us the go-to platform for video ad excellence.

What are you going to do?

  • Lead the Creative Assets Delivery team, driving the production of high-performing video ads for Billo clients. Build and grow a team of performance-driven creatives, video makers, and AI-powered editors
  • Work closely with clients to understand and shape the best package for our managed services, ensuring we meet their evolving needs with scalable, high-quality content delivery. As we continue refining this offering, your leadership will help guide us to the next level of efficiency and value
  • Utilize our platform infrastructure, ensuring templates and knowledge stay aligned with the latest video ad trends. Identify emerging trends and develop strategies to improve ad performance, helping clients boost sales through creator-driven content
  • Establish clear KPIs to measure creative impact. Continuously analyze data and trends to optimize content performance and predict future opportunities
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and learning, ensuring the team stays ahead in delivering innovative, converting video ads.

Your expertise:

  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in creative performance or content marketing, with a proven ability to drive measurable results in digital or e-commerce environments
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and senior stakeholders to translate creative strategies into impactful results
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Proven success in scaling creative content initiatives that align with business objectives, optimizing for both quality and volume
  • Analytical mindset with a strong command of data interpretation to inform decisions and identify emerging trends, ensuring strategic alignment and growth.
