Account Manager, 1pm – 9pm (GMT+2)

What we are looking for:

  • Client-facing experience. You’ve worked directly with clients—whether in sales, support, partnerships, or a similar role. Experience in a startup environment is a strong plus
  • Relationship-builder. You’re skilled at earning trust, understanding goals, and creating long-term value for clients
  • Clear communicator. You’re fluent in English, clear in writing, and confident on client calls
  • Strategic thinking. You anticipate needs, connect the dots, and offer thoughtful, relevant solutions
  • Detail-oriented. You stay organized, catch the small stuff, and consistently deliver on time
  • Digital marketing curiosity. You’re familiar with—or eager to learn—metrics like opens, clicks, and conversions

What you’ll do: 

  • Manage and grow relationships with your assigned eCom clients—from onboarding to success
  • Understand client goals, track their progress, and offer strategic suggestions
  • Identify and act on upsell opportunities to help clients scale their success
  • Proactively resolve issues and reduce churn by keeping clients engaged and supported
  • Work closely with internal teams (support, product, creators) to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Represent the voice of your clients and share insights that help shape product development
