Account Manager, 1pm – 9pm (GMT+2)

What are we looking for?

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role, ideally in a tech or startup environment, with a solid understanding of customer success metrics like retention, churn, and LTV
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with concepts like opens, clicks, and conversions, or a willingness to learn more about them
  • Client-Centric Approach: You enjoy working closely with clients, addressing their challenges, and building long-lasting relationships. You can quickly identify opportunities and are driven to help clients succeed
  • Problem-Solving: Resourceful and creative, able to tackle challenges and find effective solutions in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Accountability & Organization: Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills. You’re comfortable managing relationships, leading client calls, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve results

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Engage with clients regularly to assess their needs, track progress, and offer tailored recommendations to help them succeed
  • Onboarding: Lead clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they quickly grasp the platform’s features and capabilities to start seeing results
  • Risk Management: Identify clients at risk of churn and take proactive steps to resolve issues and retain their business
  • Growth Opportunities: Identify opportunities for upsells and expansion, helping clients get even more value from Billo
  • Client Advocacy: Represent clients’ needs within Billo, ensuring that our services align with their goals. Gather feedback to drive improvements in the platform
  • Issue Resolution: Serve as the main point of contact for escalated client issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
