Affiliate Marketing Manager

Billo is the #1 platform for authentic creator videos for Meta and TikTok. Since our launch in 2020, we’ve produced over 140,000 unique videos for 22,000+ businesses — and we’re still growing fast. Now we’re looking for a seasoned Affiliate Marketing Manager to own and scale our affiliate programs!

As an Affiliate Marketing Manager at Billo, you will:

  • Manage the affiliate and partnership program end-to-end: sourcing, onboarding, optimizing, and retaining partners
  • Build repeatable processes for affiliate recruitment, activation, and retention
  • Identify, negotiate, and test new affiliate channels and strategic B2B partnerships
  • Track and analyze partner performance using affiliate platforms and internal dashboards
  • Collaborate on content, landing pages, and incentive structures that drive results
  • Ensure timely and accurate payouts, reporting, and tracking
  • Align affiliate activities with broader growth campaigns and company goals
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor programs to spot new growth opportunities

What are we looking for?

  • 2+ years in affiliate marketing — preferably at a performance-focused B2B brand
  • Proven ability to build and scale partnerships that drive measurable results
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Lithuanian and English
  • Solid grasp of funnel metrics (CAC, CPA, CPL, etc.) and a data-first approach to growth
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and outreach tools
  • A growth mindset and strong sense of ownership — we’re looking for someone who can grow this channel with confidence
