- Subscribe: Sign up for Billo+ and receive an order form via email.
- Submit Your Video: Use the form to send us the video(s) you want to edit, whether it's from Billo or another source. Choose the specific editing preferences, select the type of video variation you want, and submit your request.
- Receive Two Versions: We'll create two versions of your video: one according to your instructions, and another with creative variations you want to test.
Review and Approve: We'll upload the videos to your Billo account and notify you. You can then review, approve, or request revisions (up to 2 rounds per video).
Should I still order editing when creating a task on the Billo platform?
No, you don’t need to select editing when creating a task. Instead, you can order a video without editing, wait until the creator delivers the video, and then submit a Billo+ order form for that video. This also applies to any additional crops you may need.
Is there a limit to the orders I can make?
You can only have one video order in progress at a time. Once your current order is complete, you can submit a new one. There are no limits on the number of orders you can place each month. You can also make the same editing order for multiple videos at once.
Is there a limit to the revisions I can make?
You are allowed 2 rounds of revisions for each video. This ensures that you can fine-tune your content to your satisfaction.
How long does it take to complete an order?
Once your creator delivers the raw footage, you can use the editing form to select your preferences for one or multiple videos. The edits are typically completed in 1-2 business days.
What kind of support is available if I encounter issues?
Subscribers have access to a dedicated success manager who is available to assist with any issues or questions via email or chat.
