Customer Relationship Manager, 1pm – 9pm (GMT+2)

Billo is the #1 platform for creator-produced short-form video ads for Meta and TikTok. We are growing fast and looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join the team.

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for our highest-value eCom brands, helping them succeed and fully leverage the value of Billo. You’ll build and maintain strong client relationships, collaborating with support, product, and other teams to ensure satisfaction and drive growth.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience: 1+ years in customer success, account management, or a similar role, preferably within a tech or startup environment. Understanding of key customer success metrics such as retention, churn rate, and LTV
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with metrics like opens, clicks, and conversions, along with an understanding of the factors influencing them, is a plus
  • Client-Centric Approach: Proactive in addressing client needs and fostering strong relationships to ensure a seamless, positive experience. Skilled in identifying opportunities, providing solutions, and successfully driving upsells
  • Problem-Solving: Resourceful and creative, with the ability to navigate challenges and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced, growing company
  • Accountability & Organization: Takes ownership of tasks, decisions, and outcomes. Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Confident in managing relationships, leading client calls, and collaborating effectively with internal teams to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Regularly engage with clients to assess their needs, track progress, and offer tailored recommendations that align with their business goals. Propose solutions to help them maximize the value of our platform and achieve long-term success
  • Onboarding: Lead clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they quickly grasp the platform’s features and capabilities to start achieving results
  • Risk Management: Identify clients at risk of churn and take proactive steps to resolve issues, offering tailored solutions to retain and strengthen the relationship
  • Identify and Drive Growth Opportunities: Recognize opportunities for clients to expand their usage and sell higher-tier packages to increase their investment in the platform
  • Client Advocacy: Represent the client’s needs within Billo, ensuring our services align with their business objectives. Gather feedback to drive continuous improvements in our platform and services
  • Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated issues, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain client satisfaction.
