How does Billo balance work?

Once you purchase a Pack, the funds are added to your Billo balance. You can then use them every time you place an order on Billo.

Where can I view my Billo balance?

Log in into your Billo account and click the arrow next to your profile in the top right corner. Then select “Wallet” and you will see the funds you have in your Billo balance.

Do Packs auto-renew or expire?

Billo is not a subscription service, no automatic charges will be made on your account. Simply top up your Billo balance with more funds if needed. Funds in your balance are valid for 12 months from the day of purchase. Any unused funds you have remaining after a year will expire and are non-refundable.
