Customer Success Manager; 1pm – 9pm (GMT+3)

Billo is the #1 platform for creator-produced short-form video ads for Meta and TikTok. We are growing fast and looking for a Customer Success Manager to join the team.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with support, product and other teams to ensure our eCom brands achieve remarkable success and satisfaction with our platform.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience and Expertise: 1+ years of experience in customer success or account management, ideally within a tech or startup environment. An added advantage would be an understanding of key digital marketing metrics and the factors influencing their trends, such as opens, clicks, and conversions
  • Tech-savvy and Innovative: Resourceful and creative thinker who can navigate through challenges and drive solutions in a dynamic, fast-growing company
  • Customer-Centric: A proactive approach to addressing customer issues, ensuring a smooth and rewarding experience
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and uphold commitments
  • Communication and Relationship Management: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively manage relationships between customers and our internal teams to deliver outstanding results.
