Customer Success Manager; 1pm – 9pm (GMT+3)
Billo is the #1 platform for creator-produced short-form video ads for Meta and TikTok. We are growing fast and looking for a Customer Success Manager to join the team.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with support, product and other teams to ensure our eCom brands achieve remarkable success and satisfaction with our platform.

- The primary focus is solidifying Product-Market Fit by unlocking customer potential and meaningfully matching them with a growing creator community
What are we looking for?
- Experience and Expertise: 1+ years of experience in customer success or account management, ideally within a tech or startup environment. An added advantage would be an understanding of key digital marketing metrics and the factors influencing their trends, such as opens, clicks, and conversions
- Tech-savvy and Innovative: Resourceful and creative thinker who can navigate through challenges and drive solutions in a dynamic, fast-growing company
- Customer-Centric: A proactive approach to addressing customer issues, ensuring a smooth and rewarding experience
- Strong Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and uphold commitments
- Communication and Relationship Management: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively manage relationships between customers and our internal teams to deliver outstanding results.
We offer:

- Salary range of 1,300 – 2,100 EUR GROSS
