Yes! If you’re not completely satisfied with your video, you can request edits. You are entitled to 2 rounds of edit requests for each video. Please ensure that your edit requests align with our guidelines to help ensure a smooth revision process.
Can I add teammates to my brand on Billo?
Yes, Billo allows you to add teammates to your brand account, enabling multiple team members to collaborate on tasks, review videos, and manage orders within a single account. Please note, however, that the brand account is created only after you submit your first task.
How do Billo packs and balance work?
Once you purchase a pack, the funds are added to your Billo balance. You can then use the balance every time you place an order on Billo.
Is my pack refundable?
Yes, we offer a money-back guarantee if you are not able to select a creator within 30 days of your first task creation.
Do the funds in my Billo balance auto-renew or expire?
Billo is not a subscription service, no automatic charges will be made on your account. Funds in your balance are valid for 12 months from the day of purchase. Any unused funds you have remaining after a year will expire and are non-refundable.
